Real world patient data can improve patient outcomes, reduce treatment costs, and make medicine adaptive pathways to patients (MAPPs) possible. What does Europe need to do to make this technology stew of mobile apps, eHealth platforms, and national healthcare systems work together in seamless harmony?

This round-table brought together an international ‘who’s who’ of health technology experts, policy makers, and enlightened practitioners to discuss applications working today that harness use of real world data to improve patient outcomes and accelerate clinical development.

This roundtable was be held under Chatham House rules, and its findings and recommendations will be released as part of our report to be distributed at the 2014 European Health Forum Gastein. Register here to follow our session that will be live streamed on 1 October 9.00-11.00 CET.
