Andreas holds Master Degrees in History, Theology and Philosophy from University of Osnabruck, as well as a business administration degree. Andreas joined Johnson & Johnson in 2000 as Sales Director, Psychiatry at Janssen-Cilag Germany. In 2003, Andreas was appointed to the position of Director, Psychiatry Business Unit with both sales and marketing responsibilities, followed by the promotion to Vice President, Marketing & Sales, CNS in 2005. In 2007, Andreas assumed additional responsibility for HIV therapeutic area and has been serving as Vice President, Marketing & Sales, CNS-Tibotec at Janssen-Cilag Germany. In between 2010 and 2012 Andreas was responsible as VP Marketing and Sales OVI to build and grow the Oncology, Virology and Immunology Business in Japan. Beside his line responsibility, Andreas coordinated all Commercial activities of Janssen Japan as head of Commercial Committee as well as all the entire Supply Chain as head of the Supply Chain and Operation Committee of Janssen Japan. As of January 2012 Andreas leads the Hungarian organization. Under his leadership the Hungarian team transformed to a TA based, customer centric organization. A growth of 22% in a stagnating market, benchmark Credo Survey results as well as the best employer award in Hungary in 2013 are results of this successful change process. In 2014 Andreas was appointed Managing Director of Hungary and of South-East Cluster. In this last 2 years the HUSE Team under his leadership was growing their business double digit and leveraging the synergies between these 9 HUSE countries.
